Scope:
Employer seeking a California State-certified journeyman to work in a rigorous work environment. Must be versed in all aspects of an industrial journeyman's tasks. Will be expected to perform by the output of production. Journeyman will be expected to have the ability to critically think through projects and provide solutions coinciding with customers' needs, NEC code, local codes, and company standards.

To provide cultivation and oversight of all Industry Standards Electric Inc. projects and job sites. Design and implement strategic standards, goals, and milestones for the development of work workforce. Outreach to potential customers to insert the ISE standards and skill sets into customers' plants, resulting in a positive impact.
Accountability Measures:
• Project Managers are required to represent the company with professional attire. I.e., company-provided shirts that are clean at the start of work and include the ISE identification.
• Required to maintain company vehicles in an acceptable operational manner and interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
• Fabrication areas (Permanent and temporary) to be maintained at all times in an organized and professional manner.
Safety
• Safety will be expected to have a paramount priority for all job designs and tasks. No exceptions or shortcuts will be tolerated.
• Verification of project site JSA’s (Job Safety Assessments) is completed upon project site monitoring. Must help to hold accountable ISE JSA consistency and completion to meet OSHA and Cal OSHA policy with foremen.
• The project manager will be expected to periodically evaluate ISE team members to complete the Personal Risk Assessment form for each job he/she is working on. Verification will be quantified by applying a signature to all spot checks conducted.
• Required to navigate, convey, and enforce all job site safety requirements that meet the customers’ expectations.
• ARC flash trained and certified. Will be required to ensure to protection of all ARC flash equipment, ensuring protection from damage.
• Lockout tagout procedures followed.
• Will share responsibility and support the foreman, being responsible for all team members' actions on a job site.
Customers’ Needs
• Customer communication and progress updates to customers must be accomplished appropriately to the needs of projects and or sites. Your communication will be considered vital in the customer-contractor relationship.
• All scope of work must be met with conveyed benchmark goals, and alterations will need to be expressed and approval granted from the customer.
• Implement, monitor, and hold accountable all installation accountability standards listed. Never allow the customer to feel like they are getting the short end of the stick.
• Provide responsive service to customers (within reason) by communicating resources and needs. Must coordinate responsive service utilizing the ISE internal resource software.
Project Manager Expectations
• To outreach, cultivate, nurture, and mine the big five client list. I.e., Anchor clients who will generate 85% - 100% of your gross monetary goal.
• Generate, cultivate, and solidify a Gross profit of 35% from 2 million dollars in Gross sales for (1) calendar Year.
• Devise competent, clear competitive bids for projects. Bids are to be completed in a timely manner that will enable quality customer attention and service.
• Accountable for generating, coordinating, and monitoring all planning and scheduling for production and materials. This will be the expectation for all customer-approved (PO issues) projects.
• Attend ISE development accountability meetings. Not limited to AP/AR, project status, vendors, customer relations, and or job-relevant subject matters.
• Assist with the conveyed communication of earned money for all related projects.
Installation Accountability Standards
• Ensure all Industry Standard Electric Inc. assets are coordinated effectively, properly tagged, well-maintained, and treated as if they were your own.
• Project scope, hours, materials, and tasks are properly planned and scheduled. Due diligence to have projects meet targets will be paramount for maintaining quality standards. Exceptions will be made for Emergency scope projects.
• All installations are to meet and or exceed current NEC codes and articles for all installations. Leading with Article 110.12 Mechanical Execution of Work. Electrical equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner.
• Installation practices for all raceway designs and components (Conduit, fittings, hubs, and supports) are to be manufactured and installed in place, meeting or exceeding Industry Standard Electric Inc. stated standards and guidelines.
